Whitney Houston and Dana Bash
Whitney Elizabeth Houston was the youngest of the children of singer Dionne Warswick as well as gospel music star Cissy Houston. Whitney Elizabeth Houston grew up in a musical household. At the age of a small girl, Houston started performing professionally in the church choir. She was a backing vocalist for Chaka Khosn's single from 1978 Im Every Woman with her mom. Later, she provided backing vocals to Lou Rawls & Jermaine jackson and even her mother. Many hit songs, including the hit songs Saving All My Love For You How Can I Tell You If That You Love Me and The Greatest Love of All were released from the album, setting her up to smash the Beatles record with seven consecutive US numbers one. The album itself sold 3 million copies in its initial year in the US and went on to sell 25 million worldwide winning her the first of her six Grammys. The Whitney album from 1987, that featured songs like that I Wanna Dance With Somebody and Where Do Broken Hearts Get to and continued to be a huge success. But it was The Bodyguard of 1992 that turned her into one of the top-selling musicians in recent history. While the movie and the actress' performance were not well-received, the soundtrack album with her version of Dolly Parton's I Will Always Love You was the top-selling single and albums for many months. The album sold over 44 million copies across the globe. When she had her daughter Bobbi, Brown married Bobby Brown of the ex-New Edition group. In 1996 her daily use of drugs was documented.
Dana Bash also known as Dana Ruth Schwartz is an American reporter anchorwoman and political reporter for CNN. Her prior work has included NBC, CBS and other notable channels. Additionally, she produces some of CNN's weekends shows including Evans & Novak Late Edition as well as Inside Politics. Bash was awarded many times and was included in the Women in Washington Power List by Elle magazine. Bash is renowned for her remarkable anchoring skills and her reporting abilities are admired by young journalists. Also, she's a lovely father to her son despite having graduated of George Washington University. She's married twice. Her current relationship is not formal.
