The Whitney 1987 album, with The album's tracks, such as Where Do Broken Hearts and I Wanna Dance With Somebody as hits, helped build upon her success. But the 1992 film The Bodyguard sealed her spot in the top 20 most-sellers ever. Although the film and the performances in it were not highly reviewed, the soundtrack album as well as her rendition of the Dolly Parton song I Will Always Love You topped the singles and albums charts for a period of time and sold over 44 million copies across the globe.
